Walk along the wooden scaffolding situated on the right side of the main courtyard to locate a climbable stone ledge. Casting Depulso on the nearby mechanical lever will reveal a hidden crawlspace that lets you enter the interior room.Inside this chamber, players will notice a heavy wooden crate blocking a vital wall shortcut. Utilizing the Accio charm allows you to pull the object backward and clear the path forward safely. Navigating through the newly opened corridor leads directly to the mechanism room overlooking the primary courtyard gate.
Activating the Gate Mechanisms
The main gate puzzle relies entirely on a large winch system that controls the iron portcullis. Players must cast Depulso repeatedly on the prominent wall switch to spin the gears and lift the gate fully. Doing this quickly is essential because the gate will immediately crash back down if the tension is lost.
Once the portcullis reaches its peak height, look closely at the target mechanism to locate the locking bracket. Switch to the Accio spell instantly to grab the internal ring handle and secure the gate in its open position.
